Car Show ‘n Shine & Classic Car Auction
June 5, 2010
We are excited to announce that this year the Richmond Lions Club Sockeye Run Car Show
& Shine will be held in conjunction with a car auction at Adesa Richmond Public Auto
Auction, 16179 Blundell Rd (see map at www.AdesaRichmond.ca) on Saturday, June 5, 2010.
Gates open at 9am, judging finishes at noon and the awards are at 1:00 pm. We will have
over 30 trophy classes. Entry fee is $10.00 per car. 100% of all proceeds go to our local charities.
Besides all the great cars there will be draws, entertainment and food. Come and see the
Belt Sander Drag Races! As well, starting at 10 am, the Adesa Public Auto Auction will be
going with all kinds of cars. The classic car auction starts at 2:00.

For 19 years the Steveston Lions Club put on a car show in Steveston. This has been one of our major fund-raising events of the year. It is also one of the most fun events we have.
The Richmond Lions Club will be carrying on the tradition for "Sockeye Run 2010".
