Richmond Photo Club

RmdPhotoClubYet another reason to pre-register for the 2017 Richmond Lions Sockeye Run.

The first 100 pre-registrations will receive a free digital photo of their car.

Here's the deal. The Richmond Photo Club has agreed to photograph the Sockeye Run this year. Participants who are pre-registered will be assigned a photographer who will come around during the show and photograph your car. After the show your photographer will analyze and select the best photo of your car and after the appropriate touch-ups will e-mail that photo to you.

Members of the Richmond Photo Club will be present at the Sockeye Run on June 11th, to take photographs. The photo club has a membership of sixty six photographers, and approximately ten to fifteen members will be involved in this new Special Photo Project.

03-03-a yellow morgan-gerry borettaThis dedicated photography club meets two to four times per month to hone their skills, have their photographs judged and meet other avid photographers. Their oldest member is over eighty years old and the youngest is in their early twenties. Each year the club undertakes approximately six special projects. Last year club members so enjoyted the Sockeye Run that the decided to retrurn for the 2017 year.

The club moto is “Focus on Creativity” and the specialty custom cars and trucks on display at the Sockeye Run are all unique, and ooze creativity. The fit is natural, and should be a benefit to both the photo club and the Lions.
